 Information on portable fuel storage
Just read Greg's blog on Fuel Transfer Tanks, and some fuel storage tips, http://www.thepreparednessblog.com/2010 ... rage-tips/I had found a great article discussing Fuel storage a few years ago and thought it still relevant: http://www.survivalmonkey.com/portable_fuel_storage.htmFirst time at the forums but I read your blogs regularlly. Keep it up!

Re: Information on portable fuel storage
I really like the stuff called PRI-G and PRI-D. One is for gasoline and one is for diesel. Really good stuff. I haven't used it, but I hear that Stabil works okay, but not as good as PRI-G/D.

Re: Information on portable fuel storage
I'm sold on the PRI products. Stabil works too, but doesn't seem to have the same lifespan as PRI, plus for some reason using PRI on older fuel seems to bring it up to a usable form. What that form's lifespan would be, I don't know. I'm actually working through some three year old 89 octane that was stored in one of the Scepter rolling fuel caddies - seems to be fine.

Where are you getting your PRI today? I think the last stuff I got was from Camping World and it was expensive. Worth it, but it's also worth it to save money when possible.
